How long does it take to receive an order?
Our average delivery times are 3 to 4 business days.
What is your return policy if the product is not suitable for me?
At our company, your satisfaction is our priority. For unopened and unused
products, you have 21 days to return them to us and receive a refund. If you
have any questions or concerns about an opened product, please do not hesitate
to contact our customer service department to find the best solution together.
Who delivers my item and what are the delivery times?

I entered the wrong shipping address, what should I do?
Don't panic, if your order has not yet been shipped, contact us immediately and we will be happy to update your information. Otherwise, and in accordance with our general terms and conditions of sale, once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, no further changes can be made.
What happens if no one is home?
Don't worry, your items will be left in your mailbox if they are small enough. Otherwise, your parcel will be left at your post office where you can pick it up.
