Shipping and returns

Products are shipped regularly, maximum 48 hours after your order.

Generally, orders are delivered within 5 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday).

To track your order, your tracking number is available by clicking on the "view my order" link. You will find this link in our order confirmation or shipping confirmation emails.

Note: tracking information will appear approximately 4 days after shipment.

After placing your order, you will receive a first confirmation email, then a second one informing you of the shipment of your order.

Please monitor the tracking of your order, as it may be awaiting collection at the post office, even if you have not received a delivery notice in your mailbox.

Good to know: the post office holds your package for 15 days, after which it is returned to the sender. You will then be asked for compensation to reship your order.

When you place your order, you have a period of 2 hours to cancel it, via our contact form in the section. Once this period has passed, a refund can only be issued upon complete receipt of your order at our premises.

This site cannot be held responsible if the delivery address is incomplete or incorrect.
